Daily Bread Virginia Beach Concert reviews
Eric Church Awesome...Area around PPG Arena horrible
"Daily Bread was truly outstanding - a 5-star performance and more. We definitely look forward to catching him in upcoming concerts.
Before the concert, a few thousand people were seen milling around PPG Arena, searching for places to spend money on food and drinks. Everything was closed, with only two small bars open. The lines were so long that we ended up sitting on the sidewalk among thousands of people.
It is disappointing that we won't be returning to PPG Arena for Penguins games or concerts in the near future. If PPG had opened more than an hour before the concert, people could have gone in and spent money.
The lack of planning from City/County/PPG was evident, as they easily could have arranged for 10-12 food trucks along the road to create an inviting atmosphere for future visits.
I must reiterate, Daily Bread's performance was truly awesome, deserving of 5 stars. Unfortunately, PPG and Pittsburgh only get 0 stars from me."
